We have a non-refundable pricing policy and therefore if you wish to cancel your flight we are unable to offer you a refund. The only exception to this is our 24 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to cancel any booking within 24 hours of the original booking being made by calling our Customer Service Team. A cancellation can only be processed up to two hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of your flight, although you made the booking on the day of the flight. Please note, a cancellation fee is applicable and additional costs, such as credit/debit cards, Speedy Boarding, baggage and sports equipment fees will not be reimbursed.
In certain circumstances when you are unable to travel, such as medical reasons, your travel insurance may cover the cost of your flights and we recommend you contact them to discuss reimbursement options.
In exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement, we will offer you an easyJet Flight Voucher to be used against a future easyJet flight. The decision to offer a voucher is made at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and will only be considered if the bereavement relates to an immediate family member: for example a partner, child, parent, grandparent or sibling. We would ask that you send a scanned copy of the death certificate via the ‘Submit a question’ option on the top of this page to enable us to consider your request. Please also provide your booking reference.
Although we are unable to offer a refund if you no longer wish to fly, you can change your flight to a future date and destination. Simply login to My easyJet, locate the booking you wish to change and amend the booking with any new information, such as new dates of travel, new destination or changes to passenger names. Once you have confirmed the new details you will need to pay any applicable fees or charges.
