Payment Confirmation

To retrieve a Payment Confirmation for your booking, you can simply use the "Email me a payment confirmation (PDF)" link on the right hand side of your booking confirmation. We will send you another email with your Payment Confirmation attached. The Payment Confirmation contains a breakdown of your booking including any additional products purchased at the same time as your flights.

To change the name or address which appears on the Payment Confirmation, you must first amend the contact details on your My easyJet account and then use the "Email me these details" link to resend your booking confirmation, which contains the link to retrieve your Payment Confirmation.

 

Travel Agency Bookings

If you made your booking through easyJet Holidays or another third party, please contact your travel agency directly to receive a Payment Confirmation.

 

Call Centre Bookings

If you made your booking over the phone with our Customer Service team, please contact us directly to arrange for a Payment Confirmation to be sent to you.
